Acceptance of Terms

​By accessing or using the 810Global platform, including the website, services, artist submission forms, and any associated digital content or products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

Services Provided

810Global provides services including but not limited to:
 

  • Artist spotlights and features

  • Internet radio streaming

  • Artist development resources

  • Music and video content promotion

  • Merchandising and e-commerce support

  • Event listings and ticket sales
     

These services are subject to change, expansion, or discontinuation at our sole discretion.

Artist Submissions

Artists submitting content to 810Global (including music, videos, images, bios, and links) acknowledge the following:
 

  • You retain full ownership of your original content.

  • By submitting, you grant 810Global a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to feature, stream, promote, and distribute your content across our website, mobile site, radio platform, social media, and marketing materials.

  • You certify that you own the rights to the submitted content or have written permission from the rights holder.

  • 810Global is not liable for any copyright infringement or misrepresentation of ownership by the submitting party.

Music Licensing and Royalties

810Global does not guarantee compensation or royalties from radio play unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Artists are encouraged to properly register their music with BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, and SoundExchange to collect royalties from eligible streams and broadcasts.

We are working toward a long-term vision of royalty-eligible broadcasting, but until then, all streams are considered non-monetized promotional placements unless otherwise arranged.

Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that:
 

  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or explicit illegal activity

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights

  • Violates public decency or promotes violence

All users are expected to maintain professional standards and represent themselves in alignment with 810Global’s values.

Payment and  E-Commerce

Any products, services, or subscriptions purchased through 810Global (including merchandise, digital content, promotional packages, etc.) are subject to our refund and billing policies, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

810Global reserves the right to change pricing or discontinue offerings at any time.

Limitation of Liability

810Global, its affiliates, partners, and staff are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) resulting from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to artist exposure outcomes, revenue generation, or data loss.

Modification of Terms

810Global reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
